I understand that unless our body and mind are healthy and in equilibrium we are unable to live our best life. I have a holistic approach to healing and strengthening the body and calming the mind.
As an experienced and intuitive massage therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage and training in Myofascial Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage and Lymphatic Drainage, I offer therapeutic massage to manage pain, discomfort and restrictions in the body and to calm the nervous system. I like to guide my clients with yoga based stretches and breathing techniques as a self-management plan and to facilitate holistic health.
As a Yoga Teacher I believe in the wisdom of traditional yoga to strengthen the body, heighten self-awareness and nurture the mind. I believe yoga is for everyone. Irrespective of fitness level and age, with the regular practice of yoga you will get stronger, feel more relaxed and alive. Yoga is a mindful practice that will positively influence all aspects of your life.
