The myofascial system consists of muscles and the connective tissue that is intertwined as a web throughout the body, giving us our shape and supporting out skeleton. When this system is healthy, it distributes strain evenly so you don’t end up excessively loading one part of the body and causing injury. Restricted fascia limits movement, causes instability, chronic pain and feeing of heaviness in the body.
This technique is good for relieving chronic pain, improving posture, increasing tissue hydration and improves muscular range of motion.
