Everyday Yoga Stretches
Can be done as a warm up at the start of the yoga session or stand alone on the days you are unable to do more.
These are simple yet very effective stretches that work on the whole body. You will feel taller and limber with a sense of space in the body. Practice it in the morning or at any other time of the day.
These stretches are suitable for beginners and should not take you more than 30-35 minutes.
