Short on time… you don’t have to forgo your yoga practice all together.
Here is a quick and easy yoga routine that you can follow almost anywhere. It will stretch and move the body in all directions allowing for the activation of all major muscle groups, whereby releasing any muscular tension being held and creating a sense of space and ease in the body. Don’t forget the most important part of finishing with a 5-10 minutes relaxation lying in Shav - Corpse Pose to finish the practice.
It will not take more than 15-20 minutes and you will feel stretched, relaxed and restored.
